We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow five (5) to eight (8) business days for delivery of in-stock items to the U.S. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. Items not in stock take a little longer. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days.
U.S. customers please note that we can not always ship to P.O. Boxes, could you please give us a street address for shipping.
We ship worldwide. We use Air Mail & all items are insured. Shipping times to different countries vary. We will advise when an item has been shipped. |
| Returns & Exchanges |
All your purchases are covered by insurance. Of course if something goes astray in the post you will need to wait a short time to see if it can be found. We need to be notified if there is a problem with an item as soon as shipment is received. We normally only issue a refund or replacement if the wrong item was shipped or damaged was sustained in transit.
Ring sizes:- please notify us before returning if you have the incorrect size as sometimes we can only supply the closest available size. All of our rings can be easily & cheaply resized by an jeweller. Our handmade rings, come in a large variety of sizes, & half-sizes, but it is up to you to order the correct size. These will be replaced only if you receive a different size to what you ordered & your size is available ( most are.) We reserve the right to charge extra for an extremely large or rare size; you will be notified after ordering if this applies - we rarely do this. |
